02Electro-Plating Equipment
Fully automated plating equipment imported from Europe, integrating pretreatment, plating, and post-treatment; the multi-tank layout runs different fastener specifications in parallel for both capacity and flexibility.
03Passivation Equipment
Fully automated passivation line with precise bath control, stable white-rust resistance, and reduced effluent.
04Automatic Dehydrogenation Furnace
High-strength fasteners are baked within the required window after plating; precise temperature control lets absorbed hydrogen diffuse out, preventing delayed embrittlement fracture per OEM standards.
05Black Sealing Line
Post-plating black sealing line that forms a dense protective topcoat over the coating, enhancing corrosion and wear resistance while giving fasteners a uniform deep-black finish.
06Clear Sealing Line
Clear sealing line that fills micro-pores in the plated coating with a colorless sealant, significantly boosting corrosion resistance without changing the plated appearance.
