• Independently develop new overseas customers and markets
• Maintain existing accounts and improve after-sales satisfaction
• Handle overseas correspondence and review import/export documents
• Confirm specifications, arrange sampling, and handle inquiries and quotations
• Visit customers and attend international exhibitions
• Gather market intelligence and propose sales strategies
• Coordinate production, quality, and sales to ensure delivery and satisfaction
• Weekly overseas market reports with sales recommendations
• Experience exporting stainless-steel screws is a plus

• Oversee manufacturing operations and material warehousing

• Plan and manage production-line operations to raise capacity and cut costs
• Execute production targets and meet key indicators
