Founded in 2005, Modern Alloy Plating Co., Ltd. (MAPT) specializes in high-quality surface treatment for metal fasteners, offering zinc-nickel alloy plating, acid zinc plating, black-passivated zinc plating, stainless steel whitening, passivation and sealing services, primarily for the automotive fastener and hardware industries.
Our alloy plating plant in the Benjhou Industrial Park, Gangshan, covers a total area of 8,625 square meters and has been in operation since 2006. The plant and its equipment were planned to German standards, featuring European-imported machinery, fully automated plating and passivation lines — effectively enhancing process stability and quality.
Our laboratory is equipped with an atomic absorption spectrometer, an X-ray coating thickness analyzer, and automatic potentiometric titrators, so every step from production to inspection is strictly controlled by experienced professionals. We continue to invest in R&D, quality management, and capacity upgrades to meet international specifications and environmental regulations, making MAPT a trusted partner for global automotive fastener suppliers.
